When you dine at our cafe there are many mouth watering entrees and mains that our locale clientele come back for time after time.  So what are we famous for with the locals? Our Chilli Relish. The secret ingredients - chilii, tomato, peppers, onion, red wine vinegar, sugar, ginger and seasoning.

 

 

Also one of the most famous and ordered dishes at Cafe  Relish is the Herb & Crusted King Snapper. Turkish Bread is crumbled with basil, spring onions, parmesan, garlic and lightly seasoned an pressed onto the fresh king snapper fillet and baked in the oven for approx 10 mins.

Matt

OWNER MANAGER CHEF

Matt is the owner and head chef at Cafe Relish. Inspired by his love of Asian and Australian modern cuisine Matt has created each mouth watering dish to reflect his art and personality. Matt has been a chef for over 20 years and has owned Cafe Relish for the past 8 years.

Herb

EXECUTIVE CHEF 

Herb has been working for Matt at Cafe Relish ever since Matt has been at the helm and its Herbs attention for detail that has enabled Herb to continually deliver outstanding dishes each and every time. Herb has been working in the industry for over 30 years.

Vimesh

CHEF

Vimesh is the new guy in the block. We say new because Matt and Herb have over 50 years experience together so its no wonder Vimesh is called "the new guy". Vimesh is passionate about food and loves to add the spice, colour and flavour to the relish.
